I don’t think the fact that they posed for the picture is ghetto. I think the fact that they look very young is what classifies ghetto. Somehow, we have glorified children outside of marriage, just like we have sex outside of marriage. No one denies that bringing forth life is beautiful. Its just that so many young women are okay with not using protection and then get pregnant, and then the father is nowhere to be found. If that’s the case, I’d consider them prudent future-moms– NOT ghetto. Lysol may be within easy reach so the young mothers don’t expose themselves to the germs of others (a very real concern considering the spread of MRSA). It is NOT ghetto being pregnant and having your own means of supporting your baby BUT it is very ghetto to be very young and so proud of being pregnant to the point of showing off. I have several points to make.
1.Only the one in the middle looks really young. The other two look at least 18 and though that is young one is considered an adult at this age.
2. Being young and pregnant is not ghetto. It happens in every underprivileged community be it a country town or the inner city and it is becoming more prevalant in middle class neighborhoods.

As long as they all have Prenatal care I’m happy for them. They are all smiling, notes a good attitude, and seem to be enjoying their pregnancy. They are young, and hopefully older, responsible, & caring family members will assist them with raising the child. More importantly, where are the fathers? They need to step up and be responsible PARENTS. Those babies will need FATHERS in their lives. This does not need to be a ghetto moment, this could be a great thing for these 3 young ladies. I hope and pray for the best for them and the newborns.

I was a teenage mother (pregnant my senior year in high school) graduated with honors 3 months after my child was born he was at my graduation! I then went on to continue my education and make more money than most of you guys on here leaving these negative comments. I am a nurse by the way (labor and delivery) and I encourage young ladies that I help deliver babies to, to continue their education and ignore ignorant people like most of you who are no better. Yes, having a baby is a natural and beautiful gift from God, but as young lades don’t you want something else first? I’m not sure why this picture is in here. So, three women are pregnant at the same time? So what? They aren’t scantily clad? They don’t have belly tattoos, or any tattoos that I see. They look healthy. Where is the “mess” here? You don’t know how old they are. You don’t know if they are married (which they don’t have to be). You don’t anything about them, except that they are pregnant. Geez.
This is the first time I’ve visited this site. And it is absolutely the last. What’s the point of it? It’s certainly not to encourage people to do better. Because all of the comments I’ve seen here are about how all these people are sub-human. Why should they value themselves if you see no value in them?
I’m sorry, this is the exact same shit that white people do to them, and it’s not any better when you people do it. In fact, there are racist trolling this site all the time I am sure.
