As I look around, I think this is actually a very common sight among our people today. I remember when I was a kid, you would see somebody this size only once in a great while. Now, you see groups of three or four, like its nothing. Even in elementary and middle schools, there used to be maybe 1 fat kid in a class, maybe even out of 2 or 3 classes. Now? Shit, that’s half each class. Or more. We as a group have got to take our health much more serious. This shit is killing us and our kids are right behind us.

May sound harsh but every word is true. We’ve just gotten so used to overweight and obesity being the ‘norm’ over the years that we don’t even notice how dysfunctional it is to be that size. Today folks look at a movie or even a sitcom from the 70s or 80s and the first thing they say is “damn, everybody was so skinny back then.” LOL!! We DO NOT get it.
