It’s called prioritizing. Judging from the background, that’s a hair salon. It’s obviously more important for her to get her wig twisted than see to that child’s hygiene. It seems like between dumb and dumber, the one holding the child, and the one snapping the pic, someone would have grabbed some kleenex. Candid shots are one thing, this just out and out trife.

This is EXACTLY why I believe that people should be evaluated before allowing them to keep a child they’ve conceived. This is beyond sad. CPS would have a ‘field-day’ w/ something like this. They’ll be on you like white on rice & ugly on an ape.
I knew someone who got their house invaded by CPS people b/c her daughter’s feet was dirty @ school. She was my mom’s neighbor, & said that no matter how many times she washed her daughters feet, she couldn’t get the little girl to keep her shoes on. Personally, idk how that’s possible. (Cause I would simply spank the shit outta my kid until she learned her lesson.) But, this is what the lady alleged.
Anyway, people should learn to be more delicate about things when it comes to the hygiene of our children. That’s what parents are for until they are well enough old to do it for themselves.
