I am not going to crack on this pic, because this is obviously from an underdeveloped country, probably somewhere in South America or the Caribbean. The high grass on the road side is typical of the way country roads look back at home in St. Thomas, and we’re a U.S. territory….this woman is probably making the best of her situation… I can see how some would say it is ghetto, if they’ve never seen or been in the situation, but I think this is improvisation.
