This is a contest by Duct Tape. They do this every year and the prize is somewhere around $50- 100,000 in scholarship money. They must create fully an outfit to go to prom in. I think its creative….and they may look crazy to you but they smiling all the way through college with that money.

These are both made out of duct tape… there are scholarships available ( up to 10K) if they win em… You can tell cause the colored stripes are strips of colored duct tape, so are her “arm” bands, and the seams show… They didn’t do a great job… it does look messy… but they tried to get that paper can’t blame em…
