I heard this on the radio coming in to work this morning and I got sick to my stomache. I, then called my 13 year old son to tell him how much I love him.
I don’t even want to picture or imagine what was going on and further more, why and where were the damn adults!

This is a sad story. That girl was gang-raped for nearly 2 1/2 hours! People went to see, some to join, & not 1 attempted to stop it. This is a cruel & fucked up world. I don’t care if that girl did go & drink with them. Noone deserves to get raped. I say, castrate all them bastards. I hope the girl can recover from all this.

This is a sad, sad story. What’s sadder is that people stand and watch or tape these crimes as they happen. Just last month a young boy was beaten to death in front of a high school, while it was being taped. I won’t mention the city, because sadly it’s happening every where. My prayers to the victims and their families.

I read this in the newspaper this morning and still can’t believe it. This story does reflect how the younger generation has a stand by and watch mentatlity. There were no leaders and no stand up individuals among those who silently stood by and watched. This is the sad state that many parents are leaving there children in. What the hell is youth coming too or should I say how low can they go. I sure hope that this was a lesson for those who watched because they are going to have to live with their cowardice for a life time. I just pray and hope that the victim in all of this can try and peice together what is left of her young life.

This is just sad and disgusting. The story that runaway was referring to was the boy in chicago, I’ll say the city just because people have a right to know what’s going on and where. It’s so sad because I’m so scared to let my 8 yr old daughter out of my sight. Most kids in the neighborhood walk to the bus stop alone, I will not let my daughter walk alone. Shit is getting out of hand.

DAMN THATS REALLY SAD THAT MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE STOOD AROUND AND WATCHED THIS YOUNG GIRL GET RAPED AND NOT ONE PERSON AT THE SCENE STEPED UP AND DID THE RIGHT THING BY TRYING TOO STOP IT. OR LEAST CALL 911 RIGHT NOW WERE LIVING IN A FUCKED UP WORLD WHEN PEOPLE STAND AROUND AND WATCH A SEXUAL ASSAULT. She should have been in that dance instead of walking off with some guys they proply were going off too smoke a blunt. These young girls got too be aware of their sorounding you know 4 guys 1girl that just dont look right.

I read this story today, on another site I frequent. My first thought was shit sure has changed. At my sons(and I’m sure at many others) high school they have to go thru 2 metal detectors,to get into a dance.
I cannot imagine what that poor girl, and her parents must be feeling. My prayers to them.
Also, it would not completely surprise me to learn that at least one of the spectators, or participants was an adult. -

No one raises a rapest……knowingly. How many of those parents do you think would be shocked to find that their kid took part in something like that. How many of those parents, if told, “your son may have raped a young girl” they would respond “OH NO, NOT MA BABY, HE A GUD KID!!” The difference between these guys and the youngsters involved in youth ralies and academic clubs and sports is mostly the involment of parents (or lack thereof) in their lives. Raising kids is so much more that going to the supermarket and the clothes store. Just cause your kids ate today and their shirts are clean doesn’t mean you’ve done your job. Just cause you’ve bought the book bag and you saw him get on the school bus, doesn’t mean mission accomplished. The real successfull kids are the ones who were asked “How was school today?” and then they actually had a REAL CONVERSATION ABOUT IT! And the ones whose parents actually CHECKED to make sure their homework was done. The ones whose parents WENT to the PTA meetings and actually listened to the teachers’ advice and didn’t storm out in anger saying dumb ish like “Ionkno why dat bitch be hatin on ma boy, Dat bitch don know shit bout ma famly. Ralow aint neva dun nun a dat shit in his life!! Trifflin ass teecha bitch!!”Those of you who have kids, PLEASE, GET INVOLVED and PLEEASE seta Good example!!!

For example, if someone doesn’t say anything, it’s messed up for them just letting it happen. & if they do say something, either they get their ass kicked or are labeled a ’snitch.’ It’s sad…

^^^^^^There are just some things you have to tell. This rape lasted 2 1/2 hours, most movies in a theater doesn’t last this long. Someone could have dialed 911 and reported this without even giving a name. When will our community wake up from that @ssbackward “I ain’t no snitch” mentality? They could label me any d@mn thing they want, I can not and will not stand by and watch someone get harmed, yet do nothing. We need Jesus, because the devil was truly showing his @ss in Richmond.

I cannot understand the mentally of men lined up to have sex with a girl who is being either held down or tied down. Doesn’t the fear in her eyes affect your sleep at night? Rapists are soulless and heartless cowards.
