Oh my, where do we begin. First of all I want to say that it is determined how many prisons are going to be built based on 4th grade reading scores. If these dummies can’t even read on a 4th grade level, it is predetermined if they will be incarcerated. Being in a gang is no turn down the right path and certainly doesn’t help your chances in future nor for the rest of your life. It is only a small percentage of people that are actually rehabilitated in prison. The dummies pictured have better get a grip and get it fast. Time is running out for them.
