Where I come from this is highly dangerous. If a child or young man were to fornicate or indulge in alcoholic activity, he would be chastised by the head of the council. They would then put him into bondage and wash his mouth out with a chloride substance. If he drinks that is. If he fornicates, his eyes would be washed out with the chloride substance. This is because his eyes lust after what is impure(kitty kitty)
His parents would also have to face punishment for they did not secure the child with proper obedience. Thank Goodness I don’t live there anymore. -

Ignorance is bliss. Cheer up my friend for you must not lose faith in the black people or any person for that matter. Sure some people do stupid things but you have to keep in mind that it is human to adapt. You can’t raise a child in a house of criminals and expect him to grow up a saint. That is how life is. But we learn to reach out in situations like this. That’s why I left the “Town” I grew up in. Once you did something wrong no one could you from the council. They were mean as HELL. Cheer up.
